Sometimes while your standing in line to get checked out at Safeway, or you have a layover in Seattle, you look through those glamour magazines to kill time. Once in a while, you end up finding a photo essay of a couple and you say to yourself, "Wow, they look so happy together". How do they make them look like they're so in love with each other that nothing can get in their way?

Well, maybe you do and maybe you don't. I do though. It has alway fascinated me on how one photograph could almost express the immense love between two people. And it has been a challenge for me to try to do it. And this is my attempt.

On a lighter note, I brought up the idea of shooting photos of one of my best friend at Cal, Jason and his girlfriend Gower. For them, it was a good opportunity to have a good set of photos of them. For me, it was a good opportunity for experimentation and experience. The photo shoot was shot in the Botanical Gardens and Tilden Park in Berkeley.

After hours in the hot grueling weather and Jason's allergies kicking in, we were finished. Below is a sample of what I shot. Thanks Jason and Gower.
